Invo · Australian invoicing software
Invoicing built for Australian tax, not translated into it.
Most invoicing tools stop at sending the invoice. Invo carries the same ledger through payments, credit notes, GST and your BAS — and projects the income tax you are heading toward.
Why it is different
The parts other invoicing tools leave to you.
Australian operators lose most of their admin time between tools, not inside them. Invo removes the gaps.
One ledger
Quote to paid invoice with nothing re-typed.
Quote, invoice, payment and credit note are stages of one record, not four exports between four tools.
GST and BAS
BAS on a cash or accrual basis, same data.
Pivot the same dataset both ways, with GST 1A reported net of credit notes rather than patched by hand.
Tax Brain
See the tax bill before the year ends.
Income tax modelled as a waterfall across marginal brackets, personal services income rules and carried-forward super.
Compliance
Paperwork the ATO expects.
GST-registered tax invoices, ABN-aware totals and Australian date and currency formatting by default.
Questions
Before you switch.
Who is Invo for?
Australian sole traders, contractors and small businesses that bill clients and lodge a BAS — people currently juggling a quoting tool, an invoicing tool, a payment tool and a spreadsheet.
Does it handle GST?
Yes. Invoices are issued as GST-registered tax invoices, and BAS figures are derived from the same ledger, net of credit notes, on either a cash or accrual basis.
Is Invo built in Australia?
Yes. It is built and operated by Airkart (AIRKART PTY LTD, ABN 16 666 545 268) in Victoria, specifically for Australian tax rules.
How do I try it?
Open invoice.airkart.com.au in your browser. It is live now — no sales call required first.
Try it, or ask us to build the same for your business.
Invo is one of three platforms Airkart owns and operates. If your billing problem is stranger than ours, that is usually a good conversation.
